If you’re considering counselling or psychotherapy and would like to get in touch, you’re very welcome to reach out.
Once you send a message, I’ll usually reply by email or text within 1–2 working days. I aim to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. From there, we can arrange a brief call, or exchange a few emails if that feels more comfortable. This gives us a chance to introduce ourselves, talk a little about what’s brought you here, and get a sense of whether working together might feel like a good fit.
You’re very welcome to ask any questions you may have, whether that’s about the process, how I work, or practical details like availability and session times.
There’s no obligation to begin counselling or psychotherapy after this initial contact. It’s simply a space for you to get a feel for things, and to decide whether it feels right for you.
